FB-Napier Grass

(0 review)

FB-Napier is a perennial fodder grass that carries a heavy tiller count with soft, juicy, non-lodging stems. The first cut comes 75-80 days after planting and further cuts follow at roughly 45-day intervals, so a single planting keeps a dairy herd in green fodder for years. Crude protein runs 8-11% and the fodder is high in calcium, magnesium and phosphorus with very low oxalate content.
