Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch

- Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
1.2 After Dispatch
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable and biological nature of seeds.
- Customers may refer to the Return & Replacement Policy for handling damaged or incorrect deliveries.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after verification.
- No restocking or cancellation fee is charged on eligible refunds.
- Payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside Farmson Biotech’s control.
2.3 Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- ✕ Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.
- ✕ Seeds damaged due to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions after delivery.
- ✕ Losses arising from cultivation practices, climate, pests, or diseases.
International Orders
- Refunds for international shipments are subject to proof of customs clearance and delivery documentation.
- Farmson Biotech is not responsible for delays, taxes, duties, or charges levied by customs.
