2. UPI and Google Pay

1. Choose "UPI / Google Pay" at checkoutA QR code is shown for your order, with the exact amount and your order number as the payment note.
2. Scan and payOn a phone, tap "Pay with UPI app" to open Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm directly. Check that the payee name is Farmson Biotech Private Limited before you enter your PIN.
3. Enter the UTR or transaction IDCopy the 12-digit UTR from your UPI app, enter it on the order page and, if you like, upload a screenshot.

3. Bank transfer

• Our account name, number, IFSC and bank are shown at checkout and printed on your invoice.
• Transfer the exact order amount and write your order number in the remarks.
• Enter the UTR or reference number on the order page after paying.
• Please pay within 3 days. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days and the stock is released.

4. Cash on Delivery

• Available only on pincodes where our courier partners collect cash, and up to the order value shown at checkout.
• Pay the delivery person in cash or by UPI if they offer it. Please keep the exact amount ready.
• We may call to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Refusing COD parcels without reason may lead to COD being switched off for your account.

5. How we verify payment

• Your order shows "Payment under verification" until our team matches your UTR with our bank statement.
• Verification is usually done within one working day. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as it is done.
• Orders are packed and dispatched only after verification. If we cannot find your payment, we will contact you.

6. Stay safe from fraud

• Pay only to the UPI ID and bank account shown on farmsonbiotech.com or on our GST invoice.
• You never need to enter your UPI PIN to receive money. If someone asks you to, it is a scam.
• If anyone asks you to pay to different details, call us on +91 90546 77915 before paying.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer to the account the money came from, or to an account in the buyer's name that you give us, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Export payments

Export orders are paid in US dollars or another agreed currency by telegraphic transfer (TT) in advance or by a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit, as set out in the proforma invoice. Bank charges outside India are paid by the buyer. See our Export Terms of Sale.
