- Seeds are biological products and are non-returnable once delivered, due to their nature and quality assurance protocols.

- All claims must be supported by documentation and evidence (photos, invoices, or lab reports).
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
Farmson Biotech will consider refunds or replacements if:
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.
Process for Returns / Replacements

- Our team will verify the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
For eligible cases, Farmson Biotech will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Process a refund to the original payment method (subject to payment gateway processing timelines).
In most cases you are not required to ship the seeds back — claims are assessed from your photos or lab report. If we do request a physical return, Farmson Biotech bears the return shipping cost, and no restocking fee applies.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- ✕ Seeds damaged due to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions after delivery.
- ✕ Losses arising from incorrect cultivation practices, climate, pests, or diseases.
- ✕ Customer change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.
International Orders
- International shipments are subject to local customs and import regulations.
- Claims for international deliveries must also include proof of customs clearance and documentation of damages.
- Farmson Biotech is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
