FB-Veda OPV is a research open-pollinated okra with a medium tall plant of good vigour. Pods are dark green with 5-6 ridges and an attractive smooth surface, uniform and tender through the picking season. YVMV resistance is the trait that carries the crop through the Kharif virus pressure, and as an open-pollinated variety it gives growers a lower seed cost per acre than a hybrid.
