FB-Trikha F1 is a parthenocarpic gherkin hybrid with vigorous growth and cluster bearing - two or more gherkins per knot. Fruit are cylindrical and dark green with strong white spines and no seed cavity, which is what gives the high percentage of fine-grade recovery that processors and exporters pay for. It is excellent for both fresh use and processing, with good resistance to viral diseases including CMV.
