1. Bed length = area ÷ bed spacing (centre to centre).
2. Mulch film = bed length + waste for ends and tucking, divided into rolls.
3. Drip lateral = bed length, with one lateral per bed.
4. Planting holes = bed length ÷ plant spacing, for one row per bed.
