What to sow, and when
Sowing months for open-field crops in each growing region we supply. For transplanted crops the months are for sowing the nursery. Local weather, altitude and irrigation change the picture, so ask our agronomists if you are unsure.
USA & Canada · United States and Canada. Warm-season crops are started indoors and planted out after the last frost. Florida, south Texas, Arizona and southern California also grow a winter crop (sown August to October).
